I've been doing mindfulness training for over 10 years and this was by far one of the most effective ways to address my frequent and "conflicting thoughts". Tony's unique and empathetic style allowed me to open up and made me feel comfortable expressing my thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a group setting. The biggest takeaway I got from the practice was how easy it is to bring into my day to day practice. Definitely have added this tool to my mindfulness repertoire and it might edge a couple of other practices out!
